Selena fans find abandoned artwork by Dominic Olivares
In 2019 on the weekend of the last "Fiesta de la Flor", I gave away free Selena paintings. I though it would be fun to create artwork and then secretly place them along the seawall close to the Selena Statue downtown. The abandoned artwork had a chance to by found by a Selena fan. On the back of the artwork I wrote a message. “A Gift for YOU! Today the Universe picks you to receive this gift with the hope that you enjoy it, give it to someone else, or leave it where it is“.
